The Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino is one of the more unique casinos and hotels in Las Vegas from the replica of the Eiffel Tower to the Parisan themed “streets”, decor and restaurants, it is a must see when in Las Vegas. If you have read any of our other blogs, you’ll know I’m a sucker for touristy places and things, but even if those “tourist trap” places aren’t for you, The Paris Las Vegas still has a great casino and assortment of restaurants that make it worth visiting. Here I’ll tell you all about this great casino.

Hotel

The first room type I’m going to tell you about is one of the basic rooms, the Bordeaux rooms. Some come with views of the Eiffel Tower or others have pool views and come with a king bed or 2 queen beds. This is a pretty basic room with a desk, safe, hair dryer, iron and alarm for its amenities. It also has two phones in the room. The other room type that is pretty basic is the Versailles rooms. They also come with choice of king or 2 queen beds. View options are of the pool or Las Vegas strip. These rooms come with desk and chair, sofa, safe, hair dryer and 2 phones. The Versailles Balcony room comes with 2 queen beds. This room has desk, chair and sofa along with hair dryer, and safe. What makes this special is the 55 square foot balcony with its amazing views of the Las Vegas strip. Another unique room is the Bordeaux Room Pet Stay with 2 queen or 1 king bed. This is the only room that allows pets. The room comes with a welcome pet treat and food/water bowl. It does have a workspace and comes with safe, hair dryer and 2 phones. There is a limit of two dogs per room and weight limit of less than 50 lbs. per dog. There is also a wide variety of suites. I won’t name them all since they all have unique amenities. If interested, be sure to check the website for information on them.

Casino

The casino floor may look small when you walk in, but it has over 850 slot machines, 66 table games, and a sports book. The thing I like about the casino is it’s wide variety of slot machines. There are still some of the older ones like Dio de Muertas and quarter three-reel machines and a variety of the new machines. A lot of the casino floor is under the Eiffel Tower, and you can see the bottoms of the feet on the casino floor. There are also restaurants, bars and shops surrounding the casino floor. I have always enjoyed coming here because it is a fun atmosphere.

Dining

Choice of restaurants here range from quick bites to elaborate dinners and things in between. Let’s start with breakfast choices there is Cafe’ Americano which has pastries, beignets and specialty coffees. They also serve lunch and dinner. You can also start your day with some sweet treats and pastries along with Peet’s coffee at Cafe’ Belle Madeleine. Another great choice is Brioche by Guy Savoy with this great grab ‘n go Brioche shop. You may also want to have brunch on the patio at Alexxa’s which serves breakfast through dinner. For lunch, any of these would be good choices or try Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay. This is more of a fast-food restaurant with little seating, so just be aware of this when trying to decide where to go for lunch. Dinner brings a lot of choices, so let’s start with Mon Ami Gabi French restaurant because why not eat French cuisine when in a Paris themed hotel? This restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating. If you’re looking for a celebrity chef restaurant with a cuisine inspired by France, then The Bedford by Martha Stewart will be a good choice for you. Vanderpump A’ Paris is another Parisian inspired menu with unique cocktails and new versions of French classics. If you don’t feel like French cuisine, how about Japanese cuisine? Nobu Paris Las Vegas has just that with Chef Nobu Matsuhisa creating a great treat for you. If you’re more of a steakhouse type of person, you can’t go wrong with Gordon Ramsy steak. It is a bit pricey, as are most of these, but I have to tell you we really enjoyed our dinner here. And the best part was, I saved up my points on my Caesar’s player card and it covered our meal, we only paid the tip!! Lastly, The Eiffel Tower Restaurant is not only elegant but is at the top of the Eiffel Tower, so the views are amazing of both the Las Vegas Strip and the Bellagio fountains. It is rated as one of the top romantic restaurants in Las Vegas. We have never eaten here, but I imagine it is stunning at night.

Amenities

If you’re looking for something relaxing to do check out the rooftop pool or Voie Spa & Salon. You can get all the usual treatments here or enjoy the steam room, dry sauna or hot tub. There is also a fitness center that’s open 6AM to 6PM when you feel like exercising a little.

If you feel like doing a little shopping, the Eiffel Tower has a gift shop, or you can stroll Le Boulevard for more shops.

There are plenty of places to enjoy a nightcap from Vanderpumps to Monte Cristo Cigar Bar to Cheri’ Rooftop. You can also go to a show, Le Cabaret, and enjoy a nightcap at the Le Cabaret Lounge.

And of course, the main attraction is to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower for the amazing views! I do have to say that if you’re looking to take pictures, it’s a little difficult because of the wire they have up to keep people from falling, but the views are amazing, and the night view of the strip and Bellagio fountains is just breathtaking. Make sure to check your rewards with your player’s card, if you have one, you can usually get at least $5 off the price. Again, another touristy thing, but we enjoyed ourselves and managed to get some pictures.

Conclusion

The Paris Las Vegas is a fun place even if you just visit for a day. Even if you don’t want to go up in the tower, just walking around the property with the Parisian theme is lots of fun and you can still get some great Parisian treats. We love going to different casinos not only to gamble but see all the decor and get some great food. The Paris doesn’t disappoint. As always, be sure to get a Caesar’s players card to earn points that can be used for food, discounts on rooms and some entertainment. Make sure to take your camera to capture memories of your trip. I say you can never take too many pictures! We try to help people when they are trying to make decisions about places to stay and visit make informed decisions. We hope to inspire people to find their adventures, even a day trip close to home, and make memories with family. If you would like to watch some videos of our adventures, click here.
