My answer is Yes!! If you enjoy gambling, then how can you go wrong with over 2,300 slot machines and table games? The assortment of slots here are some of the best in my opinion because they have the newest ones, popular ones and some older favorites. The Bellagio is one of the hotels that you think of as luxurious in Las Vegas. There are some really nice hotels and casinos, some great themed casinos and hotels, but few are thought of as beautiful and luxurious. The Bellagio is one of these not only because of the beautiful lobby, the upscale boutiques, and wonderful suites and rooms but because of the fountains in the front of the hotel and the flower displays at the Conservatory & Botanical Gardens that are themed year-round.

Must Sees: Conservatory & Botanical Garden

We go to the Bellagio every time they change the theme for their flower display. It is always whimsical and beautiful. They usually change five times a year. They do one for each season and Chinese/Lunar New Year. The atrium is skylit which brings in a special feel with the sun shining down on you.

They have now put in a gazebo with a table in it, called The Garden Table. This is a table you can reserve to be served either brunch, which seats up to 6 people or for dinner with a limit of 4 people. Brunch is served by Sadelle’s and dinner is served by Michael Mina. The menu is limited, so be sure to check it out before you book this. It is a bit pricey and there is dress code required. Click here for the MGM-Bellagio website. Touring the display can get a bit crowded, but it is worth it. There is no admission charge for the Conservatory. We try to get here for every display, they are so beautiful.

Fountains

The Bellagio is known for its fountain display in front of the hotel. There are more than a 1000 fountain heads in the area which shoot out water to the sound of music. At night they also have a light show that goes with the music. Show hours during the week are every half hour starting at 3 PM and switch to every 15 minutes from 8 until 11:55 PM. On the weekends, the same schedule except they start at noon. They definitely are something you should see while in Las Vegas. I love watching the show, especially at night but even during the day it is pretty amazing.

Hotel

There are many choices for rooms here from the basic (if you can consider a room at the Bellagio basic), to the stay well rooms which are aimed at more spa like atmosphere and amenities or to the many one- and two-bedrooms suites you’re sure to find something that appeals to you. You can choose from rooms with views of the fountains or the beautiful mountains surrounding Las Vegas. All rooms come with the basics like TV, safe, etc. As with most hotels, the more elevated the room, the more amenities you get. For more details about the wide assortment of rooms to choose from click the link above for Bellagio’s website.

Casino

As mentioned above, there are over 2,300 slot machines but that’s not all. They do have Slot Tournaments sometimes with live entertainment, food and cash prizes. There are plenty of table games, high limit rooms and 40 poker tables. MGM has their own Sportsbook that is available at all of their casinos. The casino floor is somewhat spread out, but I like that so not only do you have a little space when playing, but you get to see what else there is to do here. Make sure to get your MGM players card that can be used at any MGM casino. Points can be used on food and room discounts. I personally think they have a great selection of slot machines, not only the new ones, but old favorites.

Dining

There is an array of restaurants here. There is a juice bar, Starbucks, Quick Eats and the Pool Cafe & Bar for a quick bite or lite snack. You might want to try the brunch buffet for breakfast, it has a really nice selection of food. There are also many fine dining restaurants here from Spago to Michael Mina along with other restaurant selections for a lighter fare for dinner or lunch.

Of course, if you’re looking for some libations, there is an assortment of bars and Mayfair Supper club to choose from.

Amenities-Relaxation

If gambling isn’t your thing, Bellagio offers a spa and salon services that are open daily. Included at the spa, along with normal spa treatments, is a steam room, sauna, and 4 whirlpools. There are showers available for you after your dip in one of these. You can also enjoy an array of teas, coffees or water. There is also a fitness center. There is an outdoor pool with a jetted hot tub. You can reserve cabanas here, they even have a few that are designated non-smoking.

And just for a little fun, check out “O” by Cirque du Soleil or visit the Gallery of Fine Arts. If shopping is your thing, there is a wide variety of stores here too! Although some are more high-end stores there are some stores for everyone’s interest.

We also had the pleasure of meeting one of MGM’s K-9’s. Her name is Peggy and has been at the Bellagio since 2019. She is a beautiful German Shorthaired Pointer and really nice, as is her handler. Love that she has my name, lol. If you see them walking around, make sure to thank them for all they do.

Conclusion

To be honest, we have never stayed overnight here, so I can’t recommend any room here but I can say that this is one of our favorite places to spend time when we’re on the strip. If you are interested in a great place to spend some time while you are in Las Vegas, I highly recommend visiting the flower display at the Botanical Garden and catching a fountain show. Wherever you decide to visit in Las Vegas, I hope you enjoy the uniqueness of the city. We give our honest opinion and hope that it helps you when looking for a place to stay or visit. We just hope to inspire people to have fun! Don’t forget to make time for some adventures no matter where you decide to go, even just a day trip near your home.
