While dining at a celebrity chef’s restaurant often comes with a higher price tag, many offer multiple dining options at different price points. Plus, if you have a player’s card, you may be able to redeem points toward your meal. Gordon Ramsay Restaurants in Las Vegas

Hell’s Kitchen – One of the most famous Gordon Ramsay restaurants, Hell’s Kitchen is located outside Caesars Palace. The menu is limited, so check before making a reservation. Prices are on par with other high-end Vegas restaurants. Hours: Daily 11 AM – 11:30 PM. If you don’t want to eat here, it’s worth walking in just to check it out.

Gordon Ramsay Steak – Located in Paris Las Vegas, this upscale steakhouse is known for its perfectly seasoned, tender cuts of meat. Be prepared for a splurge, but if you have a player’s card, you can use points to offset the cost. We really enjoyed not only our meal, but the ambience of this steakhouse. We used our player’s card and paid for most of our meal. Hours: Daily 4 PM – 10:30 PM. Reservations are recommended.

Ramsay’s Kitchen – One of Gordan Ramsay’s newest restaurants in Las Vegas located in Harrah’s. This restaurant offers a small menu featuring homey meals such as Beef Wellington and Salmon. Pricing is average for a Las Vegas restaurant. You can also choose a fixed price 3 or 5 course menu, but you don’t get a choice of what is served. Hours: Open daily 4 PM – 10PM.

Gordon Ramsay’s Pub & Grill – An authentic style English pub in Caesars Palace where you can enjoy classic Ramsay dishes like fish and chips, Beef Wellington and sticky toffee pudding. Prices are a bit high, but worth it for authentic British fare. Hours: Daily 11 AM – 11 PM, open until midnight on weekends.

Gordon Ramsay Burger – Located at Planet Hollywood it is exactly what it says, a burger joint, but an elevated burger joint. There are quite a few choices of burgers, including the Truffle Burger with Truffle fries. I had the Hell’s Kitchen burger and if you like it a little spicy, this one is for you. It’s certainly not a cheap hamburger stand, but we thought the prices were reasonable for Las Vegas. Hours: Daily 10 AM – 1 AM.  Gordon recently opened a Gordon Ramsay Burger at the Flamingo. Same concept, same prices. Hours: Daily 10 AM to Midnight.

Bobby Flay Restaurants in Las Vegas

Amalfi by Bobby Flay – A Mediterranean-inspired restaurant in Caesars Palace, serving seafood, pasta, and steak. The pasta choices seem a little limited to me, but they are interesting. Expect to pay extra for sides. Hours: Daily 4:30 PM – 10 PM.

Bobby’s Burgers– There are 3 locations on the Las Vegas Strip. These are more fast-food type restaurants with limited seating. They offer basic burger choices with a few extra toppings available. The milkshakes are promoted as being extra thick, but we’ve haven’t been to Bobby’s Burgers. There is a breakfast menu with breakfast sandwiches and some other breakfast options. I think the pricing is a bit high, but it is in line with Ramsay Burgers. The one at Caesars is now located inside the Forum Food Hall, an upscale food court in Caesars Palace. Hours: Daily 6 AM – Midnight, 3 AM Fri, Sat, & Sun. The 2nd location is in Paris, Hours: Daily 7 AM to Midnight, Friday & Saturday closing at 2 AM. Harrah’s is the newest location in the Fulton Street Food Hall. Hours: Daily 7 AM – Midnight, Friday & Saturday it closes at 2 AM.

Giada De Laurentiis Restaurants in Las Vegas

Giada – Located at The Cromwell, this restaurant offers a California twist on Italian cuisine, with dishes like lemon spaghetti and Marsala herb chicken meatballs. Definitely in the higher price bracket, but the menu sounds really inviting and we hope to visit soon. Hours: Dinner daily 4:30 PM – 9:45 PM, plus brunch Fri-Sun 9 AM – 2:15 PM.

Pronto by Giada – This quick service eatery is located in Caesars Palace. Pronto offers breakfast, lunch and dinner made with fresh ingredients and prepared fast. The offerings are pastries, sandwiches, salads and fresh pressed panni’s all with an Italian fare. There isn’t much seating here, but it is great to grab a quick, inexpensive bite. Hours: 6 AM to midnight daily.

Guy Fieri Restaurants in Las Vegas

Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar – Located at The LINQ, this spot serves hearty comfort food like Trash Can Nachos and Mac n’ Cheese Burgers.  We love the wings here! There is a nice outdoor seating area here and some tables inside. Prices are moderate. Hours: Daily 10 AM – 11 PM, Fri-Sat until 11:30 PM.

 El Burro Borracho – This is located in Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. This restaurant is named for the literal meaning of El Burro Borracho which translates to ‘drunken donkey’.  The lively, fun atmosphere fits the name well. This is a traditional Mexican restaurant with a Guy Fieri twist. Moderately priced. Limited hours: Friday – Sunday 4 Pm – 10:30 PM.

Flavortown Sports Kitchen – This restaurant offers American-style cuisine at a moderate price. Located in Horseshoe Casino. This is a great place to watch sports, enjoy a beer and dine on some great food. Hours: Daily 8 AM to 11 PM, 1AM Fri. & Sat.

Chicken Guy! – A casual eatery at Caesars Palace serving signature chicken sandwiches and tenders with 10 signature sauces. This is moderately priced and great for a quick bite.  Hours: 11 AM – 2 AM.

Wolfgang Puck Restaurants in Las Vegas

CUT by Wolfgang Puck – A high-end steakhouse offering a taste of paradise to steak lovers at The Palazzo. Expect premium prices. Hours: Daily 5 PM – 10 PM, Fri-Sat until 11 PM.

Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill – Located at MGM Grand, serving Wolfgang’s signature comfort food like wood-fired pizzas and a small bites menu. Offering great food at moderate prices. Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30 AM – 12 AM, Fri until 2 AM. Closed Sat-Sun.

Spago

Spago – Wolfgang Puck’s legendary flagship fine dining restaurant is located at the Bellagio. The menu is inspired by Chef’s weekly trip to the farmer’s market featuring handmade pasta, fresh seafood and beef dishes. Spago is definitely one of the more expensive restaurants in Las Vegas, but if you want to experience some of Wolfgang Puck’s best, then this is the place. Brunch is served Friday and Saturday. Hours: Monday to Thursday: 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Friday to Saturday: 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM and Sunday: 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

Michael Mina Restaurants in Las Vegas

Orla – Michael Mina’s newest restaurant at Mandalay Bay. This Mediterranean restaurant serves stunning seafood, charcoal-roasted meats, and zesty vegetables. It is a bit pricey with selections like Macaroni Bechamel and a Kebab platter. Hours: Daily Monday to Sunday: 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

Stripsteak – Another of Chef Mina’s restaurants at Mandalay Bay. The steaks are wood-fired and butter poached to perfection. Be sure to try the caviar jelly donuts for something really different. This too is a higher priced steakhouse but in line with the celebrity steakhouses in Las Vegas. Hours: Daily from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM, open until 10 PM Friday & Saturday.

Bardot Brasserie – Located at the Aria it offers classic French cuisine with a twist. With offerings like Black Truffle Cavatelli and Flounder and Pearls, you can expect it to be a little more expensive. They do serve brunch Friday through Sunday. Hours: Wednesday to Thursday: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Friday to Sunday: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Note that it is closed between 2-5 PM on weekends.

Michael Mina – Chef’s signature restaurant at the Bellagio. This upscale seafood restaurant flies in fresh seafood daily. From caviar to lobster pie, it’s no wonder that this is one of the more expensive restaurants in Las Vegas.  Hours: Tues-Sat 5 PM – 9:30 PM.

Emeril Lagasse Restaurants in Las Vegas

Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House – This is located at MGM Grand. Chef Lagasse brings fresh seafood and his signature ” New Orleans” style of cooking with a twist on Louisiana’s classic Creole dishes to Las Vegas. With moderate pricing and Creole cuisine, you can’t go wrong. Hours: Daily for lunch 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM and dinner 5 PM to 9:30 PM.

Delmonico Steak – Located at the Venetian, this is one of the better steakhouses in Las Vegas. From Wagyu and Buffalo steaks to chicken and seafood dishes Emeril brings his Creole style to steak. Premium prices are expected but well worth it. Daily Hours: Lunch 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM. Dinner  5 PM to 10 PM.

Buddy Valastro Restaurants in Las Vegas

Buddy V’s Ristorante – A casual Italian spot at The Venetian. Serving family recipes such as Wife’s eggplant parm, Grandma’s meatballs, Nonna’s lasagna, and Mother’s Sunday gravy. Moderately priced.  Hours: Mon-Thu 11:30 AM – 10 PM, Fri-Sat until 11 PM. They offer brunch Sunday 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM then “Lunch after Brunch” 2:30 to 4:30 PM with dinner 4:30 to 10 PM

Carlo’s Bakery – Home of the famous “Cake Boss” pastries at The Venetian. Hours: 8 AM – 10 PM (Fri-Sun until 11 PM).

Buddy’s Jersey Eats – This food truck is located inside the Linq. Buddy’s Jersey Eats offers traditional East Coast carnival-inspired food including deep fried hot dogs, fried chicken sandwiches, and loaded waffle fries. The prices are moderate and it’s a good place for a quick bite. The problem is that it has very limited hours of operation. Friday’s hours are 5 PM to 1 AM and Saturday and Sunday 10 AM to 1 AM.

The Boss Café – This new restaurant offers freshly baked breads for Italian sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches and pizzas inspired by delis in New Jersey and New York.  Prices are moderate for Las Vegas. Hours: Sunday to Thursday 7 AM to 5 PM, Friday and Saturday 7 AM to 10 PM.

Final Thoughts

Las Vegas is a food lover’s paradise, and celebrity chefs have left their mark with some of the best restaurants in the city. Whether you’re splurging on a fine dining experience or grabbing a quick bite at a casual spot, there’s something for every budget. So pick your favorite celebrity and enjoy some great food!

Here are some tips we’ve learned to help your experience be less stressful and more enjoyable. Be sure to make reservations when possible as most of these restaurants get busy, some require reservations. Be sure to check the website before you go. Always use your player’s card when allowed to get a discount or pay for part of your meal. If dining at one of the fancier restaurants, be sure to check the dress code. Some still require suit and ties for men and more formal wear for women.
