Las Vegas is no stranger to bold moves, but Circa Resort & Casino didn’t just raise the stakes, it rewrote the rules for downtown. Opened in 2020 and proudly adults-only, Circa combines cutting-edge amenities, jaw-dropping design, and nostalgic nods to vintage Vegas (you’re sure to see Vegas Vickie, the great neon statue near the Sportsbook) in a way that feels both fresh and timeless. Whether you’re in town to catch the game, party by the pool, or soak in Fremont Street’s electric energy, Circa delivers a next-level Vegas experience that’s all about fun, freedom, and flair.

A Game-Changing Addition to Downtown
Developed by Derek Stevens (who also owns The D and Golden Gate), Circa is the first ground-up resort built in downtown Las Vegas in decades, and it shows. Every inch is designed to impress, entertain, and invite. It’s more than just a casino; it’s a bold reinvention of what Fremont Street can be. One of the standout features? It’s 21+ only. From the moment you walk in, you know you’re in a space designed for grown-up fun, no strollers, no bored toddlers, just wall-to-wall energy and elevated vibes. Security is tight, and the sophisticated yet playful atmosphere is well-maintained.

Stadium Swim: Where Pool Days Turn Into Pool Parties
If Circa has a signature attraction, it’s Stadium Swim—and for good reason. Picture this: six multi-tiered pools, swim-up bars, a rooftop amphitheater vibe, and a 143-foot screen broadcasting live sports and events. It’s open year-round with heated pools, and whether you’re there to chill with a cocktail or dive into the action, this place is a blast from sunrise to last call.
Pro Tip: If you are staying at The D or Golden Gate you can also use Circa pool.
The World’s Largest Sportsbook: A Sports Fan’s Dream
Circa isn’t messing around when it comes to sports. The three-story sportsbook is the biggest in the world, complete with a massive HD screen showing multiple games, plush stadium seating, and buzzing energy you won’t find anywhere else. Whether it’s March Madness or NFL Sunday, this place is the absolute mecca for fans and bettors. We’re not big sportsbook people, but this is truly an impressive sportsbook area!
Two Levels of Gaming Fun
Spread across two floors, Circa’s casino features over 1,300 slot machines, 49 table games, high-limit rooms, and the famous “Dancing Dealers” who bring flair and fun to the floor. It strikes a balance between modern polish and vintage Vegas grit, with all the bells, whistles, and jackpots you’re looking for. We really enjoy playing slots here. They have such a great variety, and we always get offers with free play and discounted, or free, rooms even though we only make it here every couple of months.

Sleek, Stylish Accommodations
Circa’s rooms are chic and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. All rooms feature King beds, sleek bathrooms with walk-in showers and dual vanities, mini-fridges, clothing steamers, and in-room safes. Choose from standard rooms with one or two beds, to spacious suites with separate living areas. Oh, and did we mention the views of Fremont Street or the mountains? Gorgeous.
Dining & Drinks: From Deli Stacks to Steakhouses
Casual Eats
Saginaw’s Delicatessen– Huge sandwiches from the co-founder of Zingerman’s Deli. Saginaw’s Delicatessen features sandwiches so big, you’ll need two hands to eat them. We couldn’t finish our sandwiches when we were here.
Victory Burger & Wings Co.– Sports bar meets burger joint. This ultimate sports bar offers mouthwatering, specialty burgers, wings and appetizers, including the half pound Victory Burger. And a draft line-up that would make a pro team jealous.
8 East– Trendy Pan-Asian where you can savor sharable dishes like GaPow basil chicken pot stickers, dumplings, wontons, skewers and steaks. Then take your flavors to the next level with signature Chinese, Szechuan, Shangdu and Thai sauces.
Project BBQ– The Fremont Experience’s only permanent food truck serving up Carolina BBQ. This is a fun place right on Fremont St. The BBQ is quite good.
Jack Pots– Coffee, breakfast, and grab-and-go eats with a fun Vegas flair.

Fine Dining
Barry’s Downtown Prime– Classic steakhouse vibes with modern flavor and killer tableside service. It’s not just the steaks that impress; the sides and cocktails are equally noteworthy, making it a top choice for a memorable dining experience.
Bars & Lounges
Legacy Club– Experience stunning panoramic views of Las Vegas at this rooftop cocktail lounge. Sip signature cocktails at the gold bar top, chill in the elegant and timeless lounge or get cozy by the fire pit on the outdoor terrace. While you’re here be sure to find a display case stocked with 500 gold bars, individually numbered and engraved with the Circa logo. Uniquely, there’s a screen above the display that states the collection’s current value based on the current spot price of gold. I hadn’t seen so many gold bars before, it was pretty impressive.
Vegas Vickie’s– Classy cocktail bar anchored by the famous neon cowgirl herself. With Vickie right there it definitely has the classic Vegas feel.
Mega Bar– 165 feet of bar space and 120 beers on tap. Yes, really.
Overhang Bar- Right above the sportsbook for the best seat in the house.

Circa Bar- Longest outdoor bar on Fremont Street. Expect frozen drinks and dancing bartenders. You just can’t help but smile when the bartenders are dancing and having fun! Choosing from the 24 frozen cocktail flavors is hard though.
More Than Just a Casino
When you need a break from the action, Circa offers a fitness center and a handful of retail shops. But let’s be honest, the real off-strip escape is Stadium Swim, even if you’re not diving in, it’s the place to relax, watch a game, or just soak up the Vegas vibe from a plush daybed.
Prime Downtown Location
Circa is right in the heart of Fremont Street, surrounded by legendary casinos, bars, live music, and local landmarks like the Mob Museum and Neon Museum. It’s walkable, central, and buzzing with energy day and night. You won’t need to go far for a full Vegas experience.
Is Circa Right for You?
Circa isn’t for everyone, and that’s the point. It’s unapologetically adult, stylish, and energetic. If you’re looking for a sophisticated playground for grownups, where you can party by the pool, cheer on your team, and enjoy elevated dining and nightlife, Circa hits the jackpot. But if you’re traveling with kids or prefer a quieter, family-friendly resort, this one’s not for you.

Final Thoughts: Downtown’s Bold New Beat
Circa Las Vegas is a bold reminder that downtown still knows how to bring the heat. With its world-class sportsbook, epic pool scene, adults-only energy, and respect for Vegas history, it’s redefining what it means to “do Vegas” off the Strip. Whether you’re a high roller, sports fan, party-goer, or someone who just wants a grown-up good time, Circa delivers, and then some.
