If you love hitting the road and mixing in a little casino fun along the way, Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant is one of those places that sneaks up on you and makes you wonder why you didn’t visit sooner. Owned by the Choctaw Nation, the third-largest tribal nation in the U.S., this massive resort is one of their crown jewels. They operate eight casinos total, but Durant is one of their biggest, brightest, and most beautiful. We didn’t stay overnight this trip (road-trippers do what road-trippers do), but we spent plenty of time exploring the gaming floors and sampling the food- and let me tell you, you can easily turn this place into a full getaway. Whether you’re a slot machine warrior, someone who just wants a fun weekend escape, or you’re casino-curious and love a good resort experience, Choctaw Durant delivers a whole lot of “Wow.” Affiliate Disclosure: As an Amazon affiliate, when you click on some of the links on this page and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission.
